Introduction to MDConsole

We have exciting news for you.• MD team is excited to launch our latest state of the art account

management application, MDConsole.• This presentation will introduce you to MDConsole and its

benefits.

Where do I access MDConsole?• On the 7th of December 2009 the usual address you use to access

your “myaccount” will be redirected to https://manage.mdwebhosting.com.au. Your hosting services will not be interrupted or changed. For further details, please click here.

• There will be no changes to your current username and password. You can login with your original username and password.

Your Master Account.• The current credentials for your “myaccount”, will now

be your “Master Account” credentials. • You will be able to manage multiple domain names

under your Master Account and manage all aspects of your “myaccount” via MDConsole.

• Only the Master Account holder can order, cancel services and make any changes to your account. Make sure your details are always up to date.

MDConsole is safe.• The Master Account holder will

receive a unique URL to create a new password for the MDConsole account instead of just receiving the account password via email, if they forget their password.

• The Master Account holder will be able to authenticate themselves over the phone, without the need to provide their account password! They can simply generate a one off code from within MDConsole and our customer care team will kindly proceed with the request.

• Easier domain name management via MDConsole» Manage your domain names real-time, update contact

details, create private name servers with also the ability of advanced DNS control.

• More reliable cPanel access, the control panel you know and love.

• Quick domain name support via MDConsole.
