Assignment. This is group work. You need to open each of the four stories from Friday –

go to the UHS Titans webpage from 11/14/2014 for these.

Use one of the large sheets of paper to answer all of the questions with your group. There are colored pencils in the back.

You must contribute to your group’s poster. There’s enough reading and writing for everyone. I will deduct points for nonparticipation.

The poster must display the questions and the answers. Provide specifics.

each story? How many quotes are used? What is the ratio of quote paragraphs to information

paragraphs? How many people are quoted? How many sentences are in each paragraph? How are quotes punctuated? What synonyms for “said” are used? How many times per

story is a synonym for “said” used?
