    Why teach ICTL? The aim of ICT Literacy Programme for

    Stage 1 is to enable pupils touse basic computer

    applications and devices.

    By the end of the programme, pupils should be able to:

    identify the main parts of a computer system

    explain the concept of operating system andcomputer application
