Duradec wetroom trays come in 19 sizes - simply choose the one that matches your wetroom area. The trays can be cut to size to accommodate awkward or unusual footprints.

Duradec Wetroom products are perfect for both commercial and domestic use, this is ideal for family homes and hotels. Duradec Wetrooms provide the most stylish, contemporary and comfortable solution for those looking for a spacious showering solution.

The system works with the BBA approved Purus drains. You have a choice between stainless steel grate or tile insert for the drain finish.

All plaster board within the wetroom area must be replaced with our tile backer board to ensure smooth installation and waterproof integrity. Tile backer board can also be used on floors within the wetroom area.

DuraDec uses a simple-to-apply tanking system to make sure your wetroom remains watertight. A 4.5g waterproofing kit will cover approximately 5sqm and 7.5g kit will cover approximately 7sqm.

BTUs

A BTU, or British Thermal Unit, is the amount of heat required to heat the water in a radiator. The amount of BTUs you need depends on the size of your bathroom, and the amount of BTUs generated depends on the size of your radiator. As a rough estimate, for every 1m3, you’ll need approx. 125 BTUs. Measured against T50 - European Standard.

Thermostatic or not

Whilst static valves are often cheaper, thermostatic valves allow you to vary the temperature of the radiator depending on the time of year or how you feel, completely separately to the rest of your radiators.

WRAS approval

Any water fitting must comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations or Scottish Byelaws. These require that a water fitting should not cause waste, misuse, undue consumption or contamination of the water supply and must be ‘of an appropriate quality and standard’. WRAS approval is the test that confirms the

water fittings comply and are best for your home.

TH or Tap Holes

One or two? This depends on what type of brassware you want. One tap hole is great for minimalist designs. Two tap holes are better if you want a separate hot and

cold tap.

Semi-Recessed Basin

If your bathroom or en-suite has limited space then a semi-recessed basin might be the solution you need. If placed on cabinets, the basin front can sit proud, meaning your cabinets can be shallower and take up less

space in the bathroom.

BTW or Back-To-Wall

The toilet cistern is concealed behind the pan within a piece of furniture or false wall. This can create a handy

The back of the pan fits flush against the wall, giving your bathroom an elegant, modern look whilst concealing the unsightly waste pipes and water inlets from view.

Open-Back

An open back pan will allow for a side entry waste pipe as no concealed wall is in the way during installation. This configuration is suited for pipework which doesn’t come directly from behind the pan

CC or Close-Coupled

The cistern is fitted directly to the pan so that it becomes a complete unit, avoiding the need for visible connection pipes.

Dual Flush

Dual flushes help to make your cistern more efficient, reducing water usage by up to 50%, which will save you

money and help the planet.

Quick-Release Seat

These seats are perfect for keeping your toilet spotlessly clean and hygienic. With a convenient button located at the back of the seat, it can be removed from the toilet altogether and cleaned separately and then

conveniently reattached.

Rimless

In simple terms it allows your toilet pan to flush without a rim, thus making the whole surface easily cleanable. This unique system gives a genuine peace-of-mind that

your toilet is as germ-free as possible.

Comfort Height

Our comfort height toilets feature pans that are 17” to 19” high, compared to the standard 15” of a regular toilet. The higher pan height can be good for the knees and back and offer real advantages to the tall, elderly and people with mobility problems.
