Introduction OF MBT SHOE

The company Masai Barefoot Technology was founded in 1996 after Swiss engineer Karl Mueller accidentally discovered the health benefits of walking barefoot on soft paddy fields. MBT shoes have curved sole that imitates walking or running on soft uneven ground. MBT’s keep all foot muscles active, improves balance and gait style and reduces knee, back and joint pain.

Why it is called physiological footwear?

MBT shoes are created to mainly activate and strengthen the smaller neglected foot muscles that are located in the lower leg and connect via tendons into the foot.
