HATCH! FAIR is an unique technology startup exhibition and entrepreneurship conference event. The year’s top companies and talent will join with Vietnamese and international investors.

In 2016, at its fourth annual event, HATCH! FAIR brought together 2,000+ people from 20 countries, representing 300 companies and 50 startup ecosystem builders.

Growing from a weekly “coffee talk” with 6 people, HATCH! events are now the premier early-stage startup events in Vietnam.

The event is organized by HATCH! PROGRAM, a Vietnam not-for-profit having the goal of promoting and connecting startup ecosystems around the world to Vietnam. Activities cover Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh city and other provinces.

This year, we’ve named our event HATCH! FAIR the fifth, to commemorate our fifth year.

HATCH! FAIR the fifth promises to be an outstanding event. It will be the first time HATCH! FAIR takes place in multiple cities. Working with local partners and corporations, we’ll execute an Elite Conference in at least three major cities in Vietnam: Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh city.

Furthermore, our flagship exhibition event will be in Ho Chi Minh city, featuring nearly 200 exhibitors and thousands of participants.

HATCH! FAIR, known for its technology focus, will feature many new technologies. At HATCH! FAIR, we also have a big commitment of promoting environment, culture, and female leadership. In 2016, we reduced paper consumption by 90% from 2015. Our number of women speakers increased from 10% in 2015 to 40% in 2016.

In 2016, HATCH! FAIR attracted 128 exhibiors. Exhibition space was 2x2m2 for startups, 3x3m2 for commercial participants. In 2017, we aim to be more open and inclusive, with a goal of approximately 200 exhibitors.

Our exhibition is unique in terms of set-up and design, making sure each company has the best visibility. In 2017, we expect 3,000 unique visitors to join in all events, generating over 5,000 visits.

By the end of 2013, HATCH! became one of the top names for entrepreneurship development in Vietnam, with activities that made international headlines.

By the end of 2014, more than 100 companies were supported, and 10,000 people participated in activities.

2015 was a growth year for HATCH!. Our impact numbers more than doubled, our first co-working space launched and gained credits, proving our model to be sustainable.
