4:00 pm – 4:40 pm Winning in the Digital World: Security as a Business Enabler Stephen Dane, Managing Director, Global Security Sales Organization (GSSO), Asia Pacific, Japan & Greater China

Everyone is talking about digitization, and everything that can be digitized will be digitized. In the digital journey, many view security as a “cost of doing business”. However, in order to take advantage of the opportunity, we must view security as a “business enabler”. Compare it to the excellent brakes on a race car – the reason that race cars have brakes is to enable them to go faster – because having control when you need it allows you to go faster the rest of the time. Security in this digital age is a lot like that.

In this session, we will explore what’s needed to digitize securely, and more importantly, explore our investment in security and the best ways to grow your security business and increase your profitability.

Security is Cisco’s #1 business priority. Let’s capture the business out there together and become the #1 trusted Security provider for our mutual customers.
