This structured, graphic tool enables people to effectively analyse personal and interpersonal conflicts whether they are in a textbook, on the playground, within a school management team, in the home, in business or in the wider community.

The Conflict Cloud assists in taking meaningful action or making a decision in a fair, concise and non-provocative way. The process is simple enough to be used by children and profound enough to be used by CEOs, professors and school administrators.

• Concrete… Is the method specific and not too abstract? Does it allow people to relate the analysis to real life experience?

• Practical… Does the method enable its underlying theory to yield practical outcomes?
