Student Service Centres• As part of the new Student Services organisation

we will be creating new facilities on each of our campuses.

• These will be known as Student Service Centres and will expand upon and replace the existing locations in The Portland Building (University Park), the Amenities Building (Jubilee) and the Main Building (Sutton Bonington).

• The new locations will be as follows.

• There will also be smaller satellite offices in City Hospital, Royal Derby Hospital, and Humanities.

Any Student, Any Centre• Any student will be able to go to any

Service Centre and receive the same level of service that they would at another centre

• This means that if your home campus is Sutton Bonington, but you happen to be visiting University Park and would like to get some admin sorted while you’re there, you can do this and staff will have access to your student record

What can I do at the Student Service Centres?

• You will have the opportunity to access a variety of administrative services including registration, module enrolment, fees and finances, and a range of student support

• The service centres will also provide a gateway for you to access services such as academic services and disability support

as accessible to you as possible, which is why we will have Student Service Centres on each of our campuses

• With this in mind we will also be introducing an online system for you to access these services in a self-service fashion

• This will be accessible at any time from any device and will offer some of the main services that you’ll find in the Student Service Centres
