We enable our clients to operate more efficiently and more effectively. By helping to reduce costs and introducing innovative ways of doing things better, we are helping to make improvements right across the public sector in the UK.

CommunicationsWe keep our employees informed about positive news and important information with our weekly “In the Loop” newsletter. Our longer e-magazine – “The SSCL Way” – is published every other month, and our Leadership Team also communicates regularly with everyone.

Reward and RecognitionWe believe in recognising our employees for hard work and living up to our core values. With our STAR awards programme, individuals can be nominated for monetary awards from Bronze to Platinum. There are also monthly awards to celebrate team-wide achievements.
