• In response to the growing worldwide concern regarding child obesity and sedentary lifestyles among children, RADICAL FITNESS presents RADKIDZ!

• RADKIDZ is our Educational Program of physical activity and exercise for children aged 4 to 12 now available for you to implement in your club and be at the forefront of health and wellbeing services and programs.

You should know that...

• The sedentary lifestyle is a trend that grows year after year as a result of the ever-growing technological products. The TV and the computer are the two major products of this kind which add to the low levels of physical education in schools - one or two weekly activities - and the total lack of it outside school hours (extracurricular activities).

• As much as 70% of children between 6 and 12 years of age do not practice any sports activities outside school and thus, they miss the possibility to play with movement and to favor their maturing process, development, growth and creative thinking through physical exercise.

• RADKIDZ is based on and builds upon a systematization, which goes along with the intermittent playing patterns that children show throughout their development and growth. The younger the children, the greater the range of variety and stimuli at hand and as they grow up, playing intervals become longer and work dynamics become more complex and intense. Developmental stages, motor development and maturing processes are all fully respected.

• RADKIDZ is thus an educational program of physical activity for children aged 4 to 12 where recreation, physical activity and sports are all on the agenda. Choreographed routines, circuits, dancing, gymnastics, climbing, postural movement, warm up routines and music interpretation are some of the stimuli comprised in this 55-minute class.

RADKIDZ is based on three key components

• From physical education... Motor functions are the basis and key condition not only for physical development but also for the intellectual and social-emotional development.

• From aerobics... the concept of fitness and aerobics made their way into society, incorporating new and modern body practices. All its techniques are adapted to the child population.

• From sports... sports warm ups and sports games, including tactical and technical instructions, where playing with partners is the premise.

• Each track has a specific objective within the structure of the class

RADKIDZ LICENCE

• RADICAL FITNESS offers your Club a licence to use the program and the registered trademark RADKIDZ including all the benefits that its implementation will bring about for a monthly fee.

• The implementation of the program provides you with teacher training and audiovisual material (videos and music) to be updated every three months. RADKIDZ comes with ongoing and periodic technical and commercial tutoring to ensure adequate implementation and development, while offering marketing support to develop effective communication of excellent quality.

100% Legal Soundtracks

On a quarterly basis, Radical Fitness works with renowned international company Fitness Beat to produce over 120 fully-

authored cover songs, so that the soundtracks are 100% legal.
