OneCommand Vision 3.0 supports both hardware and software iSCSI Initiator implementations. These include:

– Pure SW iSCSI • SW iSCSI Initiators implementations utilizing native operating system (OS) APIs

– Hybrid iSCSI Initiators• SW iSCSI Implementations utilizing TCP / IP Hardware off-load

– Hardware iSCSI Initiators• HW iSCSI Implementations using full protocol offload in hardware

OneCommand Vision collects I/O Latency information for DAS devices– Total I/O count, Average I/O size and I/O completion time.

I/O Analyzer Events will not be reported on DAS devices.
