Introducing Lab2Door

BayCare Laboratories now offers Lab2Door, a convenience that brings lab services to you. Your lab tests can be drawn in the comfort of your own home or office by our highly trained team of certified phlebotomists who’ll then deliver your tests to one of our local labs.

This service is ideal for:

n People with limited transportation optionsn People who use wheelchairs or walkersn Those with limited free timen Adults caring for someone who requires lab services

Here’s how it works:

n To request a lab services visit, call (727) 733-5036.n Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 4pm. n You must have a lab order from a physician before you can schedule a visit.n Most insurances plans are accepted for testing. n There’s a $40 fee for the visit, not covered by insurance, that’s collected

via credit or debit card during the visit.

There’s no charge if a physician certifies that a patient meets homebound criteria as outlined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
