2
Founded 1980 to sell and support Moog parison programming systems
3
We started producing bottle leak testers (by accident) in 1985 which also led to producing a range of related automation products

What the purpose of parison programming?
To enable you to distribute the material where you want it, enabling precise control of the wall thickness at virtually any point.
Without thickness control With thickness control

Other features of parison programming.
Automatic Weight Correction
By connecting a “weigh scale” to the parison programmer the die gap can be automatically adjusted to maintain a constant container weight

Other features of parison programming.
Automatic Parison Length control
A photocell senses the parison length prior to mould close and the die gap is automatically adjusted to keep the parison the correct length

BMCCONTROLS
Other features of parison programming.
Easy adjustment of container weights and trimming individual heads.
Safer – No need to climb up to the machine head or risk burns.
Reduction of material oxidation and thus contamination marks during machine shutdown
Settings are digitally repeatable
