Our vehicles arrive clean and polished, our chauffeurs are neatly attired. Transfers to your honeymoon destination, hotel or airport are also available. TERMS AND CONDITIONSArmani's Limo Services Inc. will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities without the chauffeur’s knowledge, the vehicle can be seized and the chauffeur and passengers arrested. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy. Armani's Limo Services Inc. will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse play or inappropriate behavior while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests.

AT THE CHAUFFEUR’S DISCRETION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR:$10.00 per broken glassware; $100.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.); $150.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior); $200.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery; $200.00 minimum for each act of vandalism Dollar amounts listed above will be tripled for all removed/stolen items from vehicle. Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost, as stated in contract. Armani's Limo Services Inc. recommends that all and any personal valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles. No smoking is allowed in our vehicles. Any deposits (cash, checks or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable, if any cancellation occurs from renter’s side with less than 14 business day notice the renter is reasonable for the total due. Total is due 14 business days prior to event day. As with all contracts, the rental contract between the mentio-ned person as renter and Armani's Limo Services Inc is made with the information and the terms given to us. All of the given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without Armani's Limo Services Inc acceptance. If ride date is changed and accepted ride will be charged on changed date in full. If the contract is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, Armani's Limo Services Inc is still authorized to collect the remaining balance in full, if the car was not re-rented on the cancelled date for the same or higher amount. We will reserve the said date upon the approval of the purchaser’s credit card as per telephone conversation. The credit card holder gives authorization to use the credit card information over the phone. It is agreed that it is not necessary to obtain a signed credit card slip, as the reservation is made over the phone/fax.

Armani's Limo Services Inc reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above requests, especially if renters do not follow chauffeur requests in order to obey the rules in this contract.Armani's Limo Services, Inc is proud to offer exceptional transportation services to the following areas:Armani's Limo ServicesPOLICIES:Limousine rental is made by client with full acknowledgment and agreement to the following terms & conditions:

The total cost of service is to be collected at the beginning of service. Overtime will be billed at the prevailing rate. All overtime will be billed in 30 Minutes increments. Client waives any and all claims of liability, loss, injury, damage, or theft. No hanging out of the sunroof is permitted. Doing so will result in immediate termination of service and no refunds will be provided. Smoking is also not allowed in the limousines. Client agrees to maintain full legal behavior during the time of service.

Smoking or Food:Smoking or food is not permitted inside the Limos at any time.

Multiple Stops:Stops during your service should be prearranged before the service starts. Due to the size of our vehicles our drivers need to know all stops in advance. These precautions are for the safety of each passenger as well as the vehicle. Unscheduled stops are at the driver's discretion.

Airport pickups: Additional charges may occur for waiting time for arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 15 minutes of delay. After 15 minutes there is an extra $15.00 charge for every 15 minutes of waiting time. For all arriving flights, meet your driver at the gate or at the baggage claim area. Max Capacity:Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. This is in violation of state law and insurance guidelines.

Client accepts full liability for client, client's guests, and/or client affiliations. Client is responsible for any and all damages to the vehicle. Damages will be charged as follows: $300 vomiting, $380 each cigarette burn, $250 gum/glitter on the carpet, $20 each broken/missing glass. Armani's Limo cannot be held responsible in any way for traffic conditions, flight delay, mechanical difficulty, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Client authorizes Armani's Limo to charge the credit card on file at the time of booking and agrees that if service is canceled for any reason prior to or during the service that no refund will be issued, no exceptions. If service is terminated early, no refund will be issued, as all fees are deemed earned when paid. Armani's Limo requires a major credit card to process reservations.

Prices are due to change at any notice. Prices may vary during special events such as New Years Day, Prom, Winter Prom, Busy Days, Holidays, Peak Periods and Long Distance. All special pricing cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotional codes. Some restrictions may apply.

Transfers or One way trip:All one way trips such as airport or any other transfers must be booked under Airport (From/To) for correct mileage charges.

Prom Season & New Years DayProm season & New Years Day, require 5 hours minimum and for pricing please call our office.

Alcohol Policy:No alcohol beverages will be stocked or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 without a legal guardian present. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstance. Alternative beverages are available upon request for additional cost.

LIABILITY: Company shall not be held liable for late arrival caused by, but not limited to, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond company’s control. (2) Company does not guarantee the outcome or results of any trip, including client’s enjoyment, having fun, getting to a destination on time, the location of a celebrity’s home, getting in at any event or place, being parked or dropped off at the front entrance of a place/event, etc. Company further cannot guarantee provision of multilingual drivers. Additionally, company does not guarantee that the vehicle’s heater and air conditioning will work properly. (3) Should company for any reason incur any liability, its liability shall not exceed the amount of the fare Company received from client.

No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.

While we are happy to let you bring compact discs, videotapes and other personal items, Santa Monica Limo does not take responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limo rental service.

Limousine rentals made by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen must have this agreement signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18).

All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice.

A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. The balance is due at the time of the service.

Armani's Limo Services reserves the right to change the limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.
