The following guidelines and terms apply for intrapreneurship teams
● Max. two intrapreneurship teams per Global Partner and max. one intrapreneurship team per Vertical Partner can join the program as part of the Partnership Agreement (i.e., no additional fee)
● Intrapreneurship Teams joining via Fellow Partnership or outside can join for additional partnership fee
● Intrapreneurship team members need to contribute a min. of 50% of their work-time to the intrapreneurship project during the program (Sept. 2 till Nov. 8, 2019).
● To assure quality, max. eight intrapreneurship teams in total can join the Kickstart program(selected by Kickstart team on a competitive basis)
● Participating teams get full access to all Kickstart services (excl. program stipends and travel grants)
Intrapreneurship guidelines
A maximum of 4 teams per partner can apply via the intrapreneurship application platform provided by Kickstart.
Access to the intrapreneurship team is competitive. The selection process is depending on the number of incoming applications (see below).
● Step 1: Based on information provided through the application platform, a maximum of 16 teams will be chosen to pitch in front of the Kickstart jury.
● Step 2: Up to 8 teams will be chosen to participate the Kickstart Program 2019 - Intrapreneurship Vertical.

Problem/SolutionThe team has a clear understanding of the problem they want to solve and good arguments why they have the appropriate solution.
Team Composition & Quality The team has all relevant positions filled with people with fitting skills and experiences.
Gut Feeling The team seems to be ambitious, motivated and up to the challenge.
Business Idea/Model ValidationEarly Stage/Multiparty Track: The team validated their business idea convincinglyScaleUp Track: The team validated their business model convincingly
