The immediate deliverable from the review is a detailed report with visualisation of your intranet’s strengths and weaknesses plus a set of detailed recommendations. However, we believe that the real value comes from helping an intranet team to take ownership of the results and produce an actionable way forward. We therefore conclude the study with a stakeholder workshop to explore recommendations, prioritise actions and produce a roadmap or strategy summary.
