We effortlessly traverse height differences of up to 1.70 m with lift tables or lifting and lowering stations. In the case of large vertical distances, our elevator connections offer high performance combined with low energy expenditure. Our standardized modules also allow the retrofitting of existing plants.

Reliable structural data about the building is not always available or strict hygiene regulations often do not permit drilling holes for the implementation of large systems. Our solution: an innovative mounting frame allows the conveyor systems to be installed without interfering with the basic structure of the building. The integrated supervisory control system controls path usage for containers and the operating and cleaning personnel. We place high quality demands on ourselves and require our suppliers to meet the same, rigorous quality standards: motors from the SEW company guarantee consistently high system availability. The modular design of the system provides considerable leeway for custom solutions.

Cafeterias experience short periods of peak demand: everything must work within a short time once per day – generally at full load. The trick is to incorporate the conveyor technics into the architecture. In combination with an intelligent control system, nothing stands in the way of material flow from the appetizer through to washing up.

Transponders integrated into the trays allow for capacity utilization monitoring and ideal control of the system. Particularly during busy times, this is an effective tool for ensuring trouble-free operation. Dürr has implemented a special version of the tray conveyor system for a laundry store. A warehouse administrator then controls further storage and output.
