through systematic ethical analysis.

` ETHIC AL DILEMM A: it is a situation in which an individual is compelled to choose two actions that will aff ect the welfar e of a sentient being.

ar e r easonably justif ied as being good, neither

action is r eadily justif ied as being good, or

goodness of the action is uncer tain.` One action must be chosen, ther e by generating a

quandary for the per son or a group who is

bur dened with the choice.
