At INTI International University (INTI IU) the

Student Learning Centre (SLC) plays a

significant role in supporting effective

learning and self-development.

Gaspar-Ndong Edu Mbang, a student

from Equatorial Guinea, shared how

putting his limited abilities in English to

practice at the SLC’s Enrich Your English

sessions helped him master the language

as well as boost his self confidence.

“When I first enrolled at INTI IU, I could

understand very little English because

Spanish is my mother tongue. After

consistently attending SLC’s English

sessions, which allowed me to use English

freely to express my views and ideas in

group discussions and in presentations, I

was able to communicate much better in

English,” he said.
