1. The skills needed are: to know accounting, to understand how to raise money from diverse people (business, charity, children need, individual people…) to understand marketing and press. To be well organised.

2. Useful to have a degree in anything. To be organised. To be able to multitasked.

3. Have a work diary and record of all necessary things.

4. Fundraising for a project, researched on marketing and find useful information on accountant?

5. The show, the product and the end product.

6. Disadvantage is that the job is not well paid. Advantage is that the people are lovely.

7. My advice is that they should study hard, go to university. To be ready for competition and to get any job in the theatre industries.

2. Degree is needed qualification is not relevant. To have additional courses. Very friendly. Good with communicating. To be flexible.
