If the interviewer sets the vibe high, it is more likely the interview will be more efficient and fun for both sides. First question should not be too long to answer, instead should be a question easy and short to answer as if it is a warm-up tour. Questions should not repeat each other since it puts the interviewee in a position that he/she has to rethink for a different reply to a similar question. Lack of background info on the interviewee makes it harder to choose the questions accordingly. Same repeating questions and the interviewee looks confused and stress because of having to answer the same question. The interviewee should cheer up the interviewee and should assist the interviewee when the conversations seems like it is coming to a halt.
