1. Check the Adherence Report first• Make sure data exists• If no data, discuss with patient
2. Focus on no more than the last 14 days of data
3. For Sensor patients, use the Sensor Report
4. For Meter patients, use the Logbook Report or Overview Report
5. For all patients, use the Daily Detail Report to zero in on problems
6. Next steps are determined by Sensor or Logbook/Overview AND Daily Detail: Both are needed for a full picture for therapy adjustment
