Interpon Extra is a total package of measures aimed atimproving the performance of the powder coatings process.

Interpon HT is an exciting range of heat resistant productssuitable for domestic appliances. Where overbake stabilityand yellowing resistance are important a PolyesterPolyanhydride (PEPA) coating is available for use on pots,cooking articles, oven doors, splash backs and radiators.

Interpon HYF is a powder coating that has been developedfor the protection of the inside of boilers and for hot sanitarywater tanks. Certified for potable water it is applied down to100 microns.

Active Anti-Microbial products designed to provide secondarysupport to existing cleaning regimes in the fight againstbacterial contamination.

Application Stabilisation is a technology developed exclusivelyby AkzoNobel for consistent application, finish quality andrecycling ability in special effect powders – bright and sparklemetallic’s, mixed colors and other non-standard finishes.

One way to achieve this is to reduce film thickness.We know that achieving acceptable appearance with thin films requires fine particle powders, Interpon AF & XTR are uniqueproducts, based around AkzoNobel’s patented Particle Management Technology. These exciting products are fine particlesized powders which fluidize, accept a charge, and are applied thinly and evenly to the substrate. What’s more this isachievable with all the benefits of a standard powder coating including gloss levels, color range, corrosion resistance andmuch more.

Interpon AC

Interpon AC is a unique powder with the capability topaint onto difficult shapes. This outstanding powderreduces the faraday effect and enables users to paintpieces with deep cavities. With Interpon AC, theparticles are less dependent on the electric field linesand air pressure is lower to minimize aerodynamicdisturbance. Together these factors also ensureimproved penetration.

Interpon HT

Interpon HT is an exciting range of heat resistanceproducts suitable for domestic appliances. Where overbakestability and yellowing resistance are important a PolyesterPolyanhydride (PEPA) coating is available for use on pots,cooking articles, oven doors, splash backs and radiators.
