    The internship report is the necessar( part of the MB program, and e&er( student has to

    do internship of t'o months in an( organization of repute after successful completion

    of the internship 'or) a student is re4uired to 'rite 'hate&er practices and practical 'or) 

    he has done in his internship 'or)# The main purpose of the internship report is to

    familiarize student 'ith contemporar( "uman resource practices and techni4ues $eing

    adopted $( the organization# In the report a student has to do three t(pes of anal(sis

    of the organization such as 7eneral nal(sis, "uman resource Management nal(sis,

    and S'ot nal(sis of the respecti&e organization# In m( opinion an organization has

    to de&elop proper and effecti&e performance appraisal s(stem to impro&e the performance

    of their emplo(ees and compan( as 'ell# n organization has to choose a

    transformational leader so as to accelerate the performance to'ards goal achie&ement#

    telecommunication compan( in Pa)istan# This compan( pro&ides telephone ser&ices to the

    nation and still holds the status of $ac)$one for countr(‟s telecommunication infrastructure

    The socio!economic gro'th of a de&eloping countr( depends mainl( on the

    telecommunication sectors and in&ol&ement in information technolog(, telemar)eting

    and /!commerce ma)es it an integrate organ of the o&erall de&elopment of the countr(#
