Installation, Operation and Maintenance of iDirect Network at NOC (hub) and Configuration of Evolution and infiniti series modems, Maintenance of QOS (Quality of Service) and CIR (Committed Information rate) for TDMA connections, Installation of new iDirect remote connections for National Bank of Pakistan in distant areas of Rawalpindi/Islamabad and Kashmir as well trouble shooting. Skill Set:iMonitor – Monitoring of 400+ Connections, SAT & IP traffic graphs, IP long term BE usage report, Remote availability report, Alarms, Selections iBuilder - Option files to config remote modems, QOS, adding new remote sites, Increasing BQ, Los of LNBs and BUCsiSite – Installations of remote site, Antenna pointing (AZIMUTH AND ELEVATION), Configuring X3 Evolution series and 3000 Infiniti series modems .
