TThe Master in International Business-MIBprovides a relevant training experience thatallows participants to join the next wave ofdynamic business leaders. It is a Master pro-gram that will train you to have the hard andsoft skills needed to succeed in the global mar-ketplace. Contents are designed according tofirms’ requirements, allowing companies toselect up-to-date competencies to successfullyface global business perspectives in rapidlychanging economies. MIB challenges its stu-dents through rigorous coursework and prac-tical work activities, training its students toplace concept and theory into practical appli-cation. Set in diverse global contexts and in aglobal classroom, MIB students don’t merelythink global, they simply become global.
Aside the conventional MIB Class we createdan Executives’ Class designed for participantswho are older than colleagues of the RegularMIB Class and could leverage on a few yearswork experience. Both classes are aiming to pre-pare talented participants for the challenges ofa steadily evolving, multicultural business world.Program contents, learning credits and workloadare common to the two classes. However, theMIB Executives’ Class is especially valuablefor candidates with a professional experiencewho want to make a significant change in theircareers. The course content and the focus onpersonal development provide participants withnew vision and new ambitions. Contents aredesigned according to firms’ requirements,allowing companies to select up-to-date com-petencies to successfully face global businessperspectives in rapidly changing economies.

The MIB Fast Track offers:❚ Lectures : 12 core courses(generally 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm- 5 pm);❚ Conferences: business executi-ves are regular guests, thus ensu-ring the relevance and practicalityof our management education. Thisactivity is spread all over Quarter I,generally taking place on Mondayand Tuesday from October to De-cember.❚ Field Work: small group activity,focused on projects designed andcoached by partner firms. This acti-vity is spread all over Quarter II, ge-nerally taking place on Mondayand Tuesday from January to April;❚ Internship: this is a three (or six)months activity taking place inQuarter III (usually starting in May).❚ Final report and presentation:the final examination is based onthe internship project.Students will be able to access oneof three different Final Exam ses-sions (end-September, mid-Januaryand mid-July).❚ In addition the MIB Executives’Class offers:- On-line materials and tutorialsfor basic contents of each subjectsand face-to-face classes to discussmore advanced contents and casestudies- Pathways to enhance expertise atthe edge of innovation in manage-ment and business topics, in emer-ging areas and evolving industries;- Learning Labs with dedicatedmentorship and advanced seminarsscheduled over three full immersionperiods;- Project Work to meet participants’future professional needs.
In addition to the Fast Track, theMaster offers two special track pro-grams:❚ MIB International Track, six-months full-time program delivering30 CFU;❚MIB Master Level Track, twelve-months full-time program allowingto earn up to a total of 120 ECTSdelivered by the partner university.
Participants Profile❚ Academic background: Bache-lor’s Degree or Master’s Degree❚ Requirements: applicants whosehome language is not English, orwho have not earned a degree pro-gram taught in English shall demon-strate English language proficiencythrough an English Proficiency cer-tificate (e.g.: IELTS of at least 6.0 orTOEFL iBT 80 points, etc.) or by takingan English Language Test throughSkype with the MIB Staff.

The Master in International Business offers a branched path.All admitted students will take part in the MIB Fast Track,a twelve-months, full-time program composed of threeteaching periods. It delivers up to 70 CFU and a “Masteruniversitario di I livello in International Business” diploma(level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework - EQF).
Class ProfileThe Master is entirely
