B.CULTURALANALYSIS
TherecognizedreligioninJapanisShintoreligion.Shintoism(Shintoreligion)wasoriginallyamixtureof animismwith theworshipof natural phenomena. Shintoism is regardedby the Japanese as a traditionalreligion of ancestral heritage that has centuries lived in Japan, even this ideology arises from the mythsassociatedwiththeoccurrenceofthecountryofJapan.ThehistoricalbackgroundofShintoismissimilartothehistoricalbackgroundoftheoriginofthecountryandthenationofJapan.Becausethecauseofthisideologyisamythologybasedonanimistbeliefs.

The implications of this implicit value can be seen from the very disciplined behavior of Japanesesocietyanddiscipline.Figure5showshowthetrafficconditionsinJapan.Therewerenopedestrianspassingoutsidetheferryline,norwerethereanymotorvehiclesthatviolatedtrafficsignseventhoughtheywerenotsupervisedby thepolice. As longas theauthor is in Japan, theauthorhasnotonce seenapoliceofficer inchargeofmanagingthetraffic.TheabsenceoftrafficpoliceindicatesthatJapanesepeoplecanregulateanddisciplinethemselveswithouttheneedforinterferencefromthepolice.

While in Japan, the author is also interested to pay attention to the parking lot. It turns out thatJapanese public order is brought to the parking lot. Currently the provincial government of DKI Jakarta is thinking of starting to build an IncineratorSunter area. Development is planned to be conducted between August-November 2017. According to theauthors, thereareseveralobstaclesthatmaketheIndonesiangovernmentrethinkabouttheincineratorplantdevelopmentinIndonesia.
1.Requiresalargeinvestmentcost
According to LIPI researcher named, Anto Tri Sugiarto, ideally a city like Jakarta needs at least 10large-scaleincinerators,eachunitcostingtenstohundredsofbillions.Inaddition,perfectcombustionrequireshightemperatures.Inordertoproducehightemperaturesrequiredalotoffuel.Thereisaneedforadditionalcoal/electricenergytosupportthoseneeds.
2.Theexistenceofbarriersintermsoftechnologyandtechniques
Theentire combustionprocess generally produceshazardouswaste. Not tomention thepeopleofIndonesiawhodonothavetheawarenesstosortoutwhichgarbagecanbeburnedandwhicharenot.ThiscanresultinthepotentialfortheproductionofhazardouswastesuchasDioxin.Theabsenceofsegregationofgarbageallowsfornon-combustiblegarbagesuchasPVCplastictoburnandproducehazardouswaste.
Due to this possibility, waste treatment technologymust bewell prepared. The governmentmustprepareasewagetreatmentsystemcapableofovercomingtheproblem.
3.Thedivisionbetweenburningandnon-burninggarbageisstilldifficulttodoinIndonesia
TheIndonesiangovernmentisstillraising3R(Reduce,Reuse,Recycle)inwasteprocessing.Thisrallywillbesuccessful ifsupportedbytheparticipationofthecommunity.Participating inthe3Rcommunityhashelpedthegovernment.Butinfact,theIndonesianpeoplearestilldifficulttoworktogether,theuseofbagsofcrackleasashoppingbagisstillrifeeverywhere.
People are also still difficult to participate in sorting garbage burning (inorganic) and not burning(organic).Whereas if peoplewant tohelp to sort outwhich garbageburns anddoesnotburn, theburningcosts incurredby thegovernment forburninggarbagewillbemuch reducedgiven that inorganicwastehaslowwatercontentsoitrequireslessenergyforcombustion.
Indonesiaisacountrywhichrichinnaturalandhumanresources.ChildrenofIndonesiacountryhasaintelligencethat isnot inferiortopeoplefromdevelopedcountries. However, thefast-satisfiednatureoftenprevents the nation's children from succeeding. Indonesia must learn from the Japanese people who aretenacious, highlydisciplined, andwillingtolearncontinuously.
Inordertosucceedthedevelopmentoftheincineratorplant,IndonesiamustlearnfromtheJapanesepeople to start sorting out the garbage. Familiarize yourself with discipline to continue to reduce waste.Startingfromyourself.
The greatness of the Japanese people towant to learn continuously is evident in this factory.
