The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) recently released the 2015 Profile of International Home Buying Activity on existing home sales to resident and non-resident foreigners between April 2014 and March 2015.

The report estimated total foreign sales dollar volume at $104 billion with Texas ranking 3rd as a favorite investing place by resident and non-resident foreigners after Florida and California.
