• What is the patron asking for? Thesis and DVD’s are limiting because they are hard to receive from a foreign lender

IFM Request

This is an ILLiad request form that we have submitted to a foreign library that would accept IFM. *BRI is listed at least 3x’s so it can be processed using the standard 4 day service and charge OCLC IFM accordingly.

Response received. We will place 2 IFLA vouchers in a well marked envelope in book when it is returned to the lending library.
