How do we select our teams?•Several thousands of teams undergo a

strict screening procedure to represent their university or college every year•Only around 20% of the teams are

selected to represent their schools•In 2011, 448 teams were selected to

represent their schools after vigorous competition

InnoServe Contest 2012

The ChallengeThe InnoServe Contest encourages teams to design and build computer system prototypes of “innovative ICT applications”. Qualified teams are required to perform a live demonstration of their prototypes in English at the Final Round in Taipei Taiwan.

Eligibility• The Contest is open to all students currently enrolled

in undergraduate or graduate programs at accredited colleges or universities worldwide.

• A team may consist of up to 8 eligible students. Each team must have at least one, but no more than two mentors.

• To be considered for the Contest, teams need to have previously undergone a strict selection process (ie. previous winner in any other nationwide ICT-related Contest). Teams will be required to provide evidence of eligibility.

– Personal Travel Insurance– Personal Expense: Allowances for Telephone, Laundry and
