15Ordering Guidelines

Ordering GuidelinesPricingPricing shown in US Dollars. Sterling and Euros available on request.

Acknowledgement of ordersAll orders will be acknowledged. Please check acknowledgements and contact customer services as soon as possible if there are any amendments to your order. Connection cannot be held responsible for customer error or omissions. Once an order acknowledgement has been sent, the order will go into production. Any amendments received after this date may be chargeable.

Ordering procedureOrders must be placed in writing and include the following:• Product code (with options e.g.

mechanism, arm-type and colour, base type and colour)

• Fabric range and code• Quantity• Delivery address• Desired delivery date

Please make all orders as clear as possible as this will enable us to provide a more efficient delivery.

Delivery lead timesFast track fabrics recommended for quicker lead times. Lead times may vary due to the fabrics selected on the product and/or component requirements. Once your order is received Connection will acknowledge the order with a confirmed week ending delivery date. In the event that our lead time does not meet your requirements, please contact our customer services department who will investigate the possibility of rescheduling the items on your order to meet your expectations.

Sample chairsStandard sample requests are delivered free of charge as part of our service. We would request these are returned to us in good condition within a 30 day period. Special requests other than standard will not be deemed as sale or return and will be treated as an order.

SpecificationAll dimensions and weights are approximate; whilst every care is taken to ensure their accuracy, Connection cannot be held responsible for errors.

Connection reserve the right to make, without notice, any changes to materials, specifications or design of the products which it considers to be reasonable or desirable. Such changes shall not affect the validity of the contract.

Connection reserves the right to amend or change the pricing structure within this publication. Our website has our full policies on guarantee, delivery, continuity of supply and our customer service charter.

Fabric specificationAll products manufactured by Connection are upholstered and assembled to the highest standard. However, due to the characteristics and performance of certain fabrics the final appearance and finish on the product may be adversely affected by the fabric specified. Where a material is specified for a product which may have properties that do not meet the necessary requirements, our customer service team will contact you, advising you of any issues. If you decide to proceed with the chosen fabric, then Connection cannot be held responsible for issues relating directly to the material.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure parity of colour on our fabric finishes, the company cannot guarantee an exact match on any fabric.

Customers are able to provide their own material, however this will need to be discussed with the Regional Director.
