TThe Master in International Business ispromoted by the Faculty of Economics andby ICRIM - International Center of Researchin International Management. The masterdirector is Alessandro Baroncelli, FullProfessor of Business Strategy and Interna-tional Management at Università Cattolica andICRIM Director. A joint faculty between theUniversità Cattolica, its Partner Universitiesand several Business Professionals has beenappointed.

The MIB Executives’ Class is especiallyvaluable for candidates with a professionalexperience who want to make a significantchange in their careers. The course contentsare designed to develop up-to-date compe-tencies to successfully face global businessperspectives in rapidly changing economies.The focus on personal development providesparticipants with new visions and new ambi-tions.

The MIB Executives’ Class offers in addi-tion to the core business courses, taught in ablended feature which associate on-line con-tents available on an e-learning platformand face-to-face classes, conferences anda dedicated mentorship. The MIB Executi-ves’ Class trains young professionals to be fu-ture international business managers with ad-vanced seminars scheduled over three fullimmersion periods.

Class ProfileThe Master is entirely taught inEnglish and a common good

command of the Englishlanguage (both oral and

written) is essential. Participantsmay have various academic

The Master in International Business offers a branched path.All admitted participants will take part to a twelve-monthsprogram composed of three teaching periods. The MIB sche-dule is designed to allow participants maintaining their day

jobs while pursuing the programme. It delivers up to 70

CFU and a “Master universitario di I livello in International

Business” diploma (level 7 of the European Qualifications

Framework - EQF).

The MIB Executives’ Class offers inaddition to the core businesscourses, taught in a blendedfeature which associate on-linecontents available on an e-learningplatform and face-to-face classes,conferences and a dedicatedmentorship.Besides the 3 Intensive Weeks (40hours per week face-to-facelectures), the teaching activity isorganized as it follows:❚Core courses Lectures: 12 corecourses taking place on Fridays (ge-nerally from 5.30pm to 7.30 pm)and Saturdays (from 9am to 1pm)from October to December and fromJanuary to April.❚ Conferences (Optional): This ac-tivity is spread all over the quarter I,generally taking place on Mondaysand Tuesdays from October to De-cember.❚ Seminars and Multimedia con-tents learning on the dedicated MIBBlackboard platform (uploaded onWednesdays and Thursdays)❚Project work: The project workrepresents an opportunity for parti-cipants to put into practice the ma-nagement and leadership skills ac-quired throughout the programmeand to enjoy direct interaction withleading companies. Each project issupervised by a mentor. Participants are free to tailor theirproject to meet their future profes-sional needs, setting up their ownbusiness.
