Hi Karen,

I remember you've sent a letter to the Philippines government and Christie's regarding this "Marcos Jewelry". What was the government response to your letter? Did you also send a letter to the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG)? Has there been any agreement between the Philippines government and the Bretton Woods' institutions to secure and protect these from being auctioned?

Your Excellencies,

I refer to my letter to you dated March 25, 2015

https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Alternative+to+WWIII.pdf (pages 258, 54, and 154), the letter dated

August 21, 2015 concerning other assets in the Global Debt Facility recovered on a train in Poland

https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/lgoldtrain.pdf , the letter dated January 16, 2014 concerning Monet

paintings, and the letter to the Development Committee dated July 24, 2015

https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/ldevelopmentcommittee3.pdf concerning the world's wealth held in the

Global Debt Facility for the benefit of humanity.

Marcos' jewels are owned by the Global Debt Facility. Paragraph 11 of the Bilateral Minesfield

Breakthrough Successor agreement provides that courts have no jurisdiction over the assets placed under

sequestration in the Global Debt Facility. https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/BILATERAL.pdf Accordingly,

the Sandiganbayan had no jurisdiction over the jewelry collection of former First Lady Imelda Marcos, and

its decision dated January 13, 2014 is of null effect. The Presidential Commission on Good Government

(PCGG) was on notice, after I informed the Permanent Mission of the Philippines to the United Nations

when Monet paintings were recovered last year, that these assets are part of the world's patrimony

administered by the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF.

It is necessary for the Development Committee to properly conserve these assets for the benefit of

humanity; I will be following up on this matter promptly when the Philippines, Brazil and Indonesia ensure

my admittance to the Secretariat of the Development Committee inside the World Bank's headquarters

building for this purpose. I am copying Christies and Sotheby's Auction houses, as well as my social media.

Any attempt to dispose of the assets in the Global Debt Facility without approval from the Board of

Governors of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, as provided by paragraph 6 of the Bilateral

Minesfield Breakthrough Successor Agreement, is null and void.

Sincerely,

Karen Hudes

This is further to:

my letter to you of March 25, 2015, https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Alternative+to+WWIII.pdf (see page 258)

fax to the Executive Directors dated December 18, 2015 https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Twitter12.18.15.pdf , and

email to the Chair of the Development Committee of December 26, 2015 https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Twitter12.26.15.1.pdf

concerning the Global Currency Reset from the assets in the Global Debt Facility, as described in https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Twitter4.25.15.1.pdf . It has come to my attention that you have failed to respect the decision of the Board of Governors invalidating the decision of the International Court of Justice with respect to the continued integrity of the Global Debt Facility https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Twitter7.18.15.1.pdf and the powers of the Board of Governors of

the IMF and World Bank under the Bilateral Minesfield Breakthrough Successor Agreement,

specifically paragraph 6 thereof. https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/BILATERAL.pdf

The Philippines, through this act, is a rogue among nations. The Committee of 300 cannot steal

the world's patrimony. The legitimacy of the head of the Committee of 300 as true regent of the UK is

also questionable. Courts have no jurisdiction over the assets in the Global Debt Facility. The assets in

the Global Debt Facility are inviolable and available only for deployment under the Global Currency

Reset as determined by the Board of Governors.

Sincerely,

Acting General Counsel Overseer Mandate Trustee, Global Debt Facility, TVM-LSM-666
