Agenda 1: Preparation for conducting First Internal Assessment for the odd semester of

2019-20.

Resolutions: it is decided that, the First Internal Assessment time table for Odd semesters

of 2019-20 academic year shall be prepared in consultation with HOD’s of varies

department

Agenda 2: Preparation norms for question paper setting, evaluation and announcing

Internal Assessment results.

Resolutions: All HOD’s of respected department are informed to prepare question papers,

evaluate the test papers and submit the results to IA Committee

Agenda 3: Allotment of invigilation duties.

Resolutions: It is decided that to allot I A test room invigilation duties to the faculties and

duty allotment order shall be issued for the same.

Agenda 4: Instructions to students and teaching staff.

Resolutions: It is decided that IA Test Instructions and guidelines for All HOD’s and for

students are prepared by the IA Committee and the same shall be taken for approval from

the IQAC.

Agenda 5: Any other matter with the permission of the chairperson. As there was no
