INTERMEDIATE 8 – ALP PROJECT OPTIONS Option 1 : (for individual or pair presentations) (for pairs, presentations must be done in an interview format) Students will work in groups to research and give a presentation on a natural disaster (Example: Hurricane Katrina/ Earthquake in Haiti, etc. ) and ROLE PLAY the disaster. Discuss damages and explain plans. Make sure to include a victim, a witness, and a reporter. Individual presentations minimum time: 3 minutes Pair presentations minimum time: 5 minutes Option 2 : (for individual, pair or three-set presentations) (for pairs and three-sets, presentations must be done in an interview format) Students work in groups. Some students work for a Travel & Dating Agency selling packages, and the other are the interested customers.
