Temperature upper limit ( 80hrs/annum), Max 15 min in individual case in degC

FW bypass valve opens & after reaching 90% open condition inlet & outlet valves close provided test is off & FW selector is on auto. Feed water side is bypassed as given above in (2) When bypass push button is pressed alog with release button.

*Htr lvl not hi ( for htr 2, 3, 5, 6), *Drain receiver level not hi & condensate valve selection on auto ( for htr 1), *Extraction line diff pressure > Min (for deaerator & BFP)

With heater test ON & extraction isolating valve selected for test , test programme starts closing the extraction valve till it is 75% open & then reopens full

With heater test on & feed water valve selector on auto , test programme starts opening FW bypass valve on Hi-Hi lvl (simulated) and after its reaching 25% open position starts closing FW inlet , outlet to 75% open position & on successful operation restores back inlet, outlet valves to full open & then bypass to close position.
