CONTRACTOR’S EDGE® Maintenace Flat, Eggshell and Semi-Gloss are professional interior, ultra-low VOC, acrylic latex paints that are specially formulated for use on properly prepared and primed walls and ceilings in multi-family residential properties. All three products are easy to apply and offer good hide.

Additionally, the Flat provides good touch-up. The Eggshell offers excellent application and is on par with national brands in leveling and sag resistance. The Eggshell and Semi-Gloss deliver good washability.

Available in tintable white and one stock color (Swiss Coffee).

All test examples are high resolution photographs of the actual test results. The tests were conducted by Dunn-Edwards Laboratories and can be viewed at the Corporate Office by appointment.

Scrub Test follows ASTM Method# D2486. 7 mil-drawdowns were created over a black vinyl chart and cured for a week before scrubbing with an abrasive soap using a shim.
