A blank canvas for paint nish
27
Customise your door see page 42.
Paint grade doors can be supplied fully nished in a range of RAL colours on a Made to Order basis - Ask for details.
The hardwood veneer used on paint sanded and paint primed may vary and is at Vicaima's discretion.
Naturdor® Paint grade lippings are supplied unnished, on site lippings will require sealing on the vertical edges. This is to maintain stability of the door edge lipping. Veneer is a natural product and so variation to colour and grain conguration will occur on paint grade and primed doors. See Technical Information on website for nishing advice.

Delivery All doors will be delivered on pallets labeled clearly on both sides. All pallets are banded for security prior to nal pallet wrapping so ensuring that the load is safe and kept free from dirt and moisture. All deliveries based on fork lift unloading, unless agreed at time of quotation/order.
UnloadingCare is needed when unloading with mechanical trucks, to ensure safe handling, max weight 2 tons.Check doors thoroughly on delivery – it is essential that you make sure all components are present and that the door is in rst class condition. If your door is shrink wrapped, keep the wrapper on for as long as possible to prevent surface damage.
Storage• The weight of re doors and other solid core doors are heavier than would normally be handled by one person. Doors should normally be handled by at least 2 people.

• If stacking doors, store them in the sequence you are using them to prevent unnecessary movement.
