PROJECT STATEMENT
This commercial, restaurant was designed with a fo-
cus on young professionals in Seattle, WA. Located
in Capitol Hill, the design was inspired by nature.
With a sleek and sophisticated spin, the restaurant
is aimed towards client and business meetings, as
well as a relaxed location for casual drinks with
friends and colleagues. The mix of contemporary
and rustic finishes makes this space a beautiful
and fun environment to get lost in. This commercial
space meets building codes, ADA requirements, and
Universal Design Practices. It also features prod-
ucts and finishes qualified for earning LEED
points.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
My concept for this project came from nature.
Working with natural elements, such as stone and
wood, I wanted to bring in live greenery and keep
the color pallet very simple. Focusing on clean
lines and unique architecture, I wanted the space
to feel like an exciting exploration, sucking you in,
while keeping your eyes and interest moving
throughout. There isn’t a boring inch in 408 Hick-
ory. The space was created using autocad, sketch-
up, photoshop, and hand rendering.
Created in April 2016.

PROJECT STATEMENT
This commercial, office space was de-
signed for UX Studio Inc. in Seattle,
WA. The digital media design and brand-
ing company was looking for an environ-
ment that would fascinate their clients,
yet stimulate creative thinking and inno-
vation. The curvilinear lines, architec-
tural lighting features, and High gloss
finishes makes this space one of a kind.
This commercial space meets building
codes, ADA requirements, and Universal
Design Practices. It also features prod-
ucts and finishes qualified for earning
LEED points.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
My concept for this project came from
the human heart. With that in mind, I
considered the left and right ventricle
and atriums. From there I inserted
“veins and arteries” (you can see this
concept throughout my floor plan). A
strong influence from Zaha Hadid is
displayed, as well. Lighting played a
major role in this design. The officespace was created using autocad,
sketch-up, photoshop, and hand render-
ing.

RETAIL SHOWROOM
Wilmington, NC
PROJECT STATEMENT
With entertainment as their soul fo-
cus, La Nourriture, created a one-
stop shop for all dining ware needs.
The staged showroom gives off inspi-
ration of possible
tablescapes, dining sets, and even
furniture options. The combination of
showroom windows, a rustic cash
wrap, and large scale lighting fix-
tures makes La Nourriture a unique
shopping experience. This commercial
space meets building codes, ADA re-
quirements, and Universal Design
Practices. It also features products
and finishes qualified for earning
LEED points.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
In this team oriented project, we cre-
ated a basic floor plan and general
idea together. I then created the ele-
vations, isometric, and selected fin-
ishes. I focused my aesthetics on a
rustic-chic meets traditional style.
Upcycling and the reuse of materials
played an important role. The retail
space was completely drawn and
color rendered by hand.

FANTASY SUITE
FANTASY SUITE
Arabian Desert
PROJECT STATEMENT
This Master suite was designed
for Princess Jasmine, from the
movie, Aladin. Keeping with authen-
tic, Arabian design, the space will
accommodate residents, as well as
a multitude of guests, and pets
for all functional purposes. Col-
orful, high-end finishes and fix-
tures make this space unique and
functional, suiting the lifestyle of
a Princess. The suite meets ADA
requirements, and Universal De-
sign Practices.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
With this fun, upbeat color pal-
ette, this project took me out of
my comfort zone. Looking at the
finishing project, I’m glad I took
the risk. This multi-million dollar
luxury suite allowed me to be ad-
venturous and challenge my de-
sign skills and techniques. The
Master Suite was created using
autocad, sketch-up, photoshop,
and hand rendering.

URBAN LOFT
URBAN LOFT
Chicago, IL
PROJECT STATEMENT
As a newcomer to Chicago, IL, the
client was in need of a functional,
one bedroom apartment. After
finding a residence in a desired lo-
cation with a great view, the cli-
ent’s focus was on creating a con-
temporary entertainment space.
This design reached optimal com-
fort through high-end products
and finishes, state of the art/
energy efficient appliances, and
an outdoor living area. It also
features products and finishes
qualified for earning LEED points.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
In this project, I introduced a
neutral color palette. I focused
on a balance of rustic and con-
temporary design features to keep
the space feeling sleek, yet com-
fortable. The Urban Loft was com-
pletely drawn and color rendered
by hand.
