Project Description: Existing hotel and casino site to be rebuilt in assigned sections. Exquisite Corpse design concept employed for secrecy and simulation of real world design challenges encountered by working professionals.

DESIGN CONCEPT: ‘Return to Nature’Create resort style living experience for residents retiring to later stages of life. *Connection to nature in building form and access to natural outdoor environment *Stomping ground/neighborhood mentality*Boardwalk/Promenade (Place to be seen).


INSPIRATIONThe Dove Orchid can be found throughout the rainforests of Panama. The radial placement of the petals provides an enclosure that houses a central ornamented form. The calm drama created by the light hanging motion of the plant and its clustered blooms, inspire the shape and space plan of the instillation.
