The program is dedicated to children at age 6 -7 years, who start school education (in part of diagnosis) The program is dedicated to parents (in part of education) 3 000 children participate in the program with their parents every year About 80% population of children in Gdańsk at age 6 - 7 years participate in the program The program aim is to prepare an individual Health Plan (as a result of the diagnosed needs)
