We are searching employees for international companies in Thailand and for Thai companies with international focus.

Sanet Recruiting Mission

People from different cultures think and feel differently. International corporations need employees who understand the business culture and language of both Thai and western companies. Our recruiting process aims to pair up qualified sales representatives, specialists and managers with in Thailand active international companies. We offer experienced professionals as well as young employees the chance to apply their intercultural competence, be it via their time abroad, language skills, or career experience with other cultures, to assist modern, internationally oriented corporations. Our clients are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises. We assist them in finding qualified office workers, assistants and customer service representatives as well as sales and service employees with technical qualifications. We also recruit for management positions such as general manager or head of production. Finding shop floor employees as well as temporary or untrained workers is usually the job of the company’s own management team.

The recruiting process of Sanet stands out thanks to its selection process, which guarantees the employer a successful assessment of the candidates. This helps our clients to find exactly the type of employees they are looking for.

Through systematic screening of applications and intercultural interviews, we assess significant aptitude indicators, particularly:

• Educational background, professional competence and industry knowledge • Career development and loyalty • Character traits and demeanor • Personal and intercultural competence • Motivation and self-assessment

1 Co-devised Search Profiles

Knowing exactly what you want helps us to do our job efficiently. Supported by a comprehensive questionnaire we determine in close cooperation with you the most important criteria for the applicants. We address questions such as:

• For which key tasks will applicants be responsible? • What type of professional qualifications are required? • Which scales put applicants at an advantage? • What types of character traits and personal attitudes are suitable with your company’s

environment?

Of course, we also consider the economic side of things in terms of how much a company can offer the applicants, as well as their career and development potential.

Matching Table and Qualifications 2 Next, the recruiting team comes up with an individual interview plan guaranteeing efficient preselection and reliable evaluation of all applicants based on the job profile.

Our matching tables, which use a type of ‘traffic light system’ for each applicant, provide a visual overview of the desired applicant traits set by our team and our clients.

3 The Initial Interview

During the first phone interview, not only do we obtain any missing data from the applicants, we also gain a first impression of their communication and language abilities and get an idea of how motivated they are for the application. Applicants who are clearly not suitable for the position are then disqualified.

Two Face-To-Face Intercultural Interviews 4 The first intercultural interview is conducted in tandem by one Thai interviewer and one western interviewer. The interviewers take turns assessing aptitude indicators based on the applicant’s profile and the qualification questions prepared in advance. The other interviewer takes notes and evaluates the applicant’s behavior and his given answers to critical questions.

The two interviewers then evaluate the applicant’s professional and intercultural aptitude and grade them according to Sanet’s scoring system. They then recommend the top candidates for a second interview round.

The position being applied for, the applicant’s scoring results and the individual interviewers’ viewpoints provide the foundation for the second interview round, the management interview with a Sanet Executive, during which applicants will have the chance to confirm or improve on the impressions they left during the first interview.

This is also where candidates ask questions regarding details of the position, payment and benefits. They should make their expectations as clear-cut as possible. The management interview ensures that our clients get a comprehensive overview of the candidates in the final report.

5 A thorough Documentation and Evaluation In our final report we provide a comprehensive overview of the work we have done as well as clear suggestions and justifications therefore. Our clients often find themselves torn between several top candidates as we do not measure our success by counting the number of applications forms submitted; instead, we measure it by short-listed candidates’ overall suitability level. The final report contains:

• Executive Recruiting Summary containing “general learnings” about the branch gleaned from the recruiting process

• Documentation of the co-created search profile including all criteria and budget plans • Procedure, applicant stats and results of the qualifying phases • Candidate recommendation with general data, scoring breakdown, quotes from the candidate‘s

answers to key questions, CV, photograph, overall evaluation including strenghts and weaknesses, expectated availability

• Organizational suggestions for future reference
