• Nog geen oplossing voor alle legitieme case by case excepties

= zeer veel werk om dit

Nog maar een deel van het zorglandschap direct of indirect aangesloten

Patiënt kan steeds aan een behandelende zorgverstrekker vragen om bepaalde

contacten of resultaten te verbergen (oa via webportaal CoZo)

Als je als patiënt een zorgverstrekker excludeerde op eHealth site, dan kan deze

aan niets van deze patiënt, zelfs bij therapeutische relatie

Praktische Implicaties voor eHealth

Momenteel zeer onduidelijk hoe en wat zou moeten geïmplementeerd worden

Dit is sowieso veel meer dan wat vinkjes ‘exclusie, derden, … ’ etc …

Patientenrechten commissie ging uit van ‘happy flow’, niet de medische realiteit

De huidige granulariteit en typage in HUBmetaHUB door de bronnen is ondermaats

Majeure architectuur impact voor HUB’s, services, EMD’s, EPD’s: immers ecosysteem

Exclusies stoppen op document niveau, niet item niveau

Wat met historische data?

Wat met druk (verzekeringen) ?

Wat met delays ?

Hoe toon je exclusies? Het tonen kan al contradictorisch zijn…

Hoe definieer je concept minderjarigen en bescherming intimiteit

Hoe definieer je ouder die de zorg uitoefent vs natuurlijke ouder

Majeure herscholing van alle artsen en participerende zorgactoren nodig

Momenteel enkel interHUB attribuut “patientaccess Y/N” afgesproken.


Via eHealth een volledig beeld op je dossier analoog aan de

wettelijk voorziene inzage ? Neen…

Lang niet elke bron ondersteunt rol patiënt

Elke bron kan op basis van rol filteren (bv rol patiënt in UZ = geen voorlopige brieven of

sommige resultaten niet etc)

eHealth restrictiever dan wet patiëntenrechten (bv. scope, geen garantie

volledigheid, directe stop na overlijden,…)

Wat de patiënt zelf als niet deelbaar gevraagd heeft zal ook niet gedeeld

worden. Voor niemand…

Rechten uit de wet patiëntenrechten staan los van eHealth bv via

ombudsdienst ganse dossier opvraagbaar (papier/pdf) bij elke

zorgverstrekker/instelling eHealth
