Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited Visakhapatnam Steel Plant Visakhapatnam Corporate Communications Department Media Release Dated : 05-Mar-2020 Inter-Steel (SPSB) Badminton Championship inaugurated The All India Inter-Steel Badminton Championship 2019-20 under the aegis of Steel Plants Sports Board (SPSB) was inaugurated by Sri Kishore Chandra Das, Director (Personnel) RINL in Ukku Indoor Stadium today. PhotoCaption: Speaking on the occasion, Sri KC Das stressed the importance of sports in everyone"s daily life. He informed the gathering that RINL is possessing a very good sports infrastructure along with regular coaching sessions to help improve the sporting fraternity. The 3 day event is being conducted on league cum knockout basis. The participating teams are Bhilai Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel Limited, Salem Steel Plant, TATA Steel, Rourkela Steel Plant, VISL Bhadravathi, ISP Burnpur and RINL, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. Sri M S Kumar GM (Sports) welcomed the gathering. Representatives of Unions, Steel Executive Association, SC&ST, OBC Associations, WIPS and large number of employees were present on the occasion. Sri B.Venkateswarlu is the Chief Referee of the Championship.
