Procedure:

1. Charge Sucragel CF with propeller mixer. Add remainder of phase I individually slowly (as if creating a W/O emulsion). Heat to 70C.

2. In a side beaker, heat carnauba wax to 70C until uniform.

3. Once target temperature is reached, add carnauba wax to main.

4. Sift in Corn PO4 PH “B” to main.

5. Allow batch to cool to 50C.

6. Add phase III indivually.

7. Force cool.
