Intel® Education Media Camera by Intellisense

Media Camera provides camera-based tools that help students visually express themselves and bettercommunicate what they've learned Media Camera includes:

- Recorder to take pictures, record video and perform basic media editing.

- Presenter with advanced tools, such as annotate, rotate and resize, to enhance captured imagery fromthe Media Camera or other source.

INTRODUCTION

Resize panels | Change thumblist and main panel size ratio.

Press top bar of the application to display the following options:

Home | Close current module and return to the main menu. Note: the Home button isalso available in the top right corner of the application.

Help | Press this button to display help settings panel.

In help settings you have the following options available:

Show quick guide: show a semi-transparent canvas with tooltips.Use the checkbox to toggle quick guide visibility at startup.Use the radio button to change visibility of button labels.User manual: display the user manual.WebCam Laboratory website: navigate to company website.About Lab Camera: show software version information and credits.

Select and load a file from other modules.

Press a thumbnail to play back video.

Press Record button to start recording. A red frame around the camera window will startblinking. Your video / image will get saved and added to the thumb list.

Editing Mode

Press to play / pause video.

Use the seek bar to jump to desired fragment.Slide the start and end markers to the desired frame. The red fragment will get cut outduring save operation.Go back to camera

Camera settings & editing options

Resize video/image | Set the width and height of your media.

Crop | Crop media to desired size by setting the bounding box on the screen.

Visual settings | Set brightness, contrast, sharpness and hue of your video/image.Accept, decline or reset your settings.

Camera settings | Press this button to set camera properties such as brightness,contrast, sharpness etc. Use the flip option in case your camera image is mirrored. Ifyou have several cameras attached to your device, you can choose which one thesoftware should use and set it's frame rate and resolution. NOTE: the softwareautomatically sets optimal values.

Pen | Draw freehand lines with the pen tool. Set line size and color using the Pentoolbox.

Free shape | Draw freehand shapes using this tool. Set line size, line and fill colorsusing the Shape toolbox.

Line | Draw straight lines using this tool. Set line size, colors and style using the Linetoolbox.

Text | Add text and set its font, style, size, alignment and color using the Text toolbox.Shape | Add a shape and set its style, line size, line and fill color using the Shapetoolbox.Select | Use the select tool to select one or multiple objects. Grouping is possiblethrough the group button in the lower left corner of a multiple selection are.
