The Integrator-X Packer from Evolution Oil Tools is a mechanical set, retrievable casing packer that effectively meets the requirements for zone isolation, injection and production. The full opening ID allows unrestricted flow and passage of full gage wireline tools and accessories. Mechanical lock- set action closes an internal bypass and allows application of pressure above or below the packer. The bypass closes during setting of the packer and opens to equalize pressure before releasing the slips. Advantages • Tension set for shallow applications • Three assemblies are available; small bore (7,500 psi), large bore (7,500 psi), and high pressure (10,000 psi referred to as 10K) • Can leave the tubing in a tension, compression or neutral condition • Holds pressure from above or below • Right hand set, right hand release • Jay setting and releasing mechanism This guide is intended to provide operating instructions for the Integrator-X Packer line of Evolution Oil Tool products. Operating Instructions Integrator-X Packer

NOTE - The illustration above is intended as a guide only.
Step 1 -
• Make up the packer with the tubing string and run to the setting depth.
Running Procedure
Step 2 -
• Pull the packer up the hole approximately six (6) inches (152.4mm).

Step 3 -
• Torque the tubing to the right and slowly lower the pipe until the tubing weight is stacked out on the packer.

Step 4 -
• Pull into the packer to get a good bite with the slips and to completely pack-off the element system. If possible yo-yo the tubing to finish the pack-off.

• Rotate the tubing 1/4 turn at the packer and pull up on the mandrel.
