computation by magnet engineer to investigate a design compatible with the MB quadrupoles (as compact as possible, possibly partially “nested” into the coils heads) is under way.

It is advised NOT to lower the filling factor or to decrease the accelerating gradient

both, the MB Quad & Dipole must be optimized
