2. The data will be derived from and interpreted using the annual report and company news articles

3. Process Analysis

Visit the identified Company and study a specific department/process and take into account the following aspects:

Which Department/ are you studying and why? Within the department, which process are you studying? How does this process

contribute to the organization at large? Prepare a flow chart explaining the process, for example, below is the procurement

process of an organization. Is the process efficient/not efficient? Why? Explain the various synergies/ inputs that this process/department derives from other

departments. Give recommendations on how to improve the process, re-draw the flow chart after

incorporating your suggestions. Explain how the new flow will help increase efficiency in the system
